Does anyone know what color the engine covers are?
On the right side mine are scratched up and I would like to see if I can hide the scratches with some touch up paint.
Besides, I wanted to add another topic to the 5th gen section.

I don't, I'm afraid, but I suppose someone like Thurn in Germany might be able to tell you which colour they use (they sell/did sell a windowed clutch cover for the 5th gen, which they would have had to paint after the welding was done). Good luck.

(I was actually thinking about Cerakoting mine, because I plan to upgrade to the 8th gen alternator cover, which I would have to re-paint or leave mis-matched, etc.)

Sebspeed makes windowed clutch covers and used to post on the old VFR.D. He's done quite a few VFR's and is very meticulous with his own projects. He may be able to answer that for you.
