The main manual comes from a link provided by Colddevil in the sticky'd thread on VFRWorld.The J+K addendum was kindly provided by Fastdruid, also on VFRWorld.

All I did was to collect the documents from various sources, join them to one and make the result searchable (using OCR software) and add bookmarks. I removed non-english pages to reduce size.
