Some updates:
- increased file size for to be uploaded files to 200 Mb (had to enable swap in Ubuntu to circumvent 'out of memory' for this)
- fixed permission for catergory 'service manuals' in downloads (whoops)
- enabled a like button (yiehaaaa)

I was around when the first big VFR.D crash happened years ago. This is like a tornado hitting the same town twice. But like Colonel Steve Austin, we can rebuild it, better, stronger, faster! As long as I can throw a leg over a V-4, I'll keep coming back! Thanks Worfje!

So nice to have a forum without all the advertisements.
Way to go!!
While working on my new to me VFR the other site went down and I felt stuck. Then finally VFRworld sent me the email verification email so I could join there. The advertising on that site is horrible, it's taken over the whole site. I can tell this will be an awesome place to go for VFR help.
Thank you so much!!

I made some improvements:
- newly registered users didn't seem to have any download budget (since I assumed budget for registered user would apply also for them, but looks like it didn't)
- approval of files uploaded to the download section is now restricted to moderators / administrators (so, in short to mello dude and me)
- added a separate category for maps in the download section
- added a maintenance section (on request)
